FIRST STEP: Every business owner "should" but is not required to have experience in the field so they can actually relate to the business they are running. The best business owners have experience in what they are over no matter what anyone else tells you on here. I suggest modeling a little and seeing how the people above you run things and how they make desiscions. Get in touch with your superiors and ask them how they got starting and what it took them to pay for things and get things off the ground and running but hey who am I to give advice, my Agency’s only been running for about 40 something odd years and I live with no money worries. see ya
