A wise man once said, “A message can go around the world in less than a second but it may take months or years for that same message to travel from the ears to the brain.” That is especially true when it comes to self-improvement. One of the strongest forces in the human organism is the need for consistency. Once a pattern has been established in our life, it is very difficult to change it and once a belief is accepted, it is seen almost as a dogma; good for eternity.
