Elite Model Management: Microsoft Resource Manager by Infusion
Infusion employed Microsoft’s Resource Manager, a part of the Citizen Service Platform (CSP), to implement a unique solution for Elite Model Management to schedule their day-to-day activities, build and maintain their portfolio, and grow their business. Elite Model Management, owned by billionaire Eddie Trump, is the world’s premier modeling agency and represents approximately 800 models worldwide to fashion designers, ad agencies, magazines, and studios. Elite’s booking agents had difficulty using an industry-standard software package and often created process shortcuts. In addition, Elite managers had little visibility into financial performance. With Infusion, Elite created an integrated booking, media management, and billing solution based on Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Exchange Server. This easy-to-use solution integrated seamlessly with Outlook and other Microsoft Office functions and supported workflows and business processes, enhanced reporting capabilities, and significantly improved resource management company-wide.
