You have a beautiful face and the body is nice too. You just need to tone up and also get more opinions because I see you on a regular and if you lose 20lbs I don’t know what that will do to you. You have big legs and a nice backside, just tone up the chest, shoulders and back. As others say. “Get cut up!” Do only what you are comfortable with FIRST. IT CAN BE DONE!

I think this video showed the side of you that everyone knows. NEVER knowing what to expect. I agree with some of your views on politics. As for the 20lbs. I totally disagree! Are you listening to one agency? I just was you and I don’t see 20lbs needing to be shed. I do think if you lose 5-10lbs and tone up you’ll be fine. You can lose 20lbs, but if you do not work out thats more flab thats you do not need. TONE IT UP also remember some things are genectics.

Wassup love the show. I watched all of ur last season the other day and cant wait from more from this show. But I share your opinions on Obama and as for the 20lbs you can do it…although u really dont need to. But i lost A good 40 lbs in two months and now a total of 80 lbs. I did the raw food diet…i heard it could be dangerous so I used a book to help me choose the right foods… The book was by Alyssa Cohen LIVING ON LIVE FOOD…Takes a lot of comment tho which you have. Obama came to my city, Jacksonville, Florida, yesterday. I attended the rally! There were iver 50,000 people in attendance and over 8,000 outside who didn’t get in! He is a great speaker, a great man, and the best candidate for president!!! Resigetr to vote!!!!
