Janice switches to a larger office space after realizing her initial agency is too small. She holds an invite-only casting call in search of additional models to represent. She also realizes her own shortcomings as a businesswoman and searches for a partner.

    7. I don’t get why people are so negative about the show. I know she is a bitch but I find her absolutely amazing lol.

    This show is my guilty pleasure, it’s the only reality(?) show I have ever enjoyed so much.

    9. look up pictures of her from when she was younger. she was drop dead gorgeous. she just didnt age gracefully. dont be so hard on her.
