I am 176cm and weigh around 54kg.

OH FFS!
How many times do i have to say it, UNLESS YOU CAN SPEAK, READ, WRITE FLUENT JAPANESE, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY KIND OF JOB HERE.
Clear enough ?
Even if you could do all those, you need a 4 year bachelors degree before you even get a job in Mcdonalds, let alone as a model.
By the way, no model agency will hire you, your far too short. Most models here in Japan, are noted for being VERY tall and the average height is around 180 - 185.
So, NO, you wont get a modelling job in Japan, neither will the other 10000 hopeful gaijin that ask the same question every day.
Hope i helped
The best probably is IMAGE and AVENUE 1. They do mostly editorial stuff (like really good magazne -VOGUE, HARPER"S BAZAR etc).
I worked with FORZA (FORZA PREZZIO how it is called now). It was good, because they had lots of commercial stuff, which is paid better and fashion shows.
I think that there are no bed agencies in Tokyo, because bed won’t stand a competition in Tokyo.
Other good agencies are Donna, Bravo, Stage and Agence Presse
Tell me what you're thinking...
