Modeling agency told me to loose 1.5 Inches in my hips. How do I do this quickly?
I’m a 36 in the hips and they would like for me to go down to 34.5. I have nooo clue how to do this. It’s not like its my stomach so I’m clueless. What confuses me is your hips are measured at the widest part kinda by your thighs, which i will never understand cuz i always thought hips should be measured by your hip bones…anyways, I don’t have much fat right there but according to my agency, I could loose……I just don’t know what to do..
